FAQ

What work is involved with maintaining my roof?

Unfortunately roof problems are discovered well after the damage has already occured. By checking regularly, this serious damage can be avoided by checking your roof on a regular basis. At Eastcoast Quality Roofing our technicians look for visible damage as well as potential problems.

What are some fo the signs of a troubled roof?

Be sure to check for ceiling spots and missing shingles. You can also look for peeling wallpaper and cracked paint. With our experience, our technicians can quickly find the damage and hopefully repair the damage instead of replacing.

How long can I expect my roof to last?

The condition and lifespan of your roof depends on the type of roof you have, as well as your environment and maintenance. According to the American Society of Home Inspectors, asphalt shingles last around 15-20 years, wood shingles or shakes last 10-40, clay or concrete tiles 20+ years, and metal roofing ranges from 15-40+ years.
